Creative Cuisine

Do you enjoy cooking, baking and presenting food in a fun and attractive way? In this class students will prepare a wide variety of dishes while learning and practicing the principles of food styling, plating and garnishing, current culinary/social media food trends, and entertaining. Students will be required to practice sound kitchen safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene procedures.
