June Regents Exam Information
Dear Parents and Students,
This letter includes helpful information concerning June Regents and Final examination testing. The information below includes:
- June 2026 Regents Examination Schedule
- June 2026 Regents Review Schedule
- Modified Bus Schedule & Routes
Please note the following:
- The last day of classes for all students is Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
- In-class final exams will begin June 5 and take place through the end of regular classes, June 16, 2025. Classroom teachers will provide students the date of their in-class finals. The last day of classes for seniors is Monday, June 15, 2026.
- The English Regents exam is on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 and the Algebra II Regents exam is on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. These are a regular school days. Students taking one or both exams should report to their exam locations by 8:05 and will be expected to return to their regular schedule at the conclusion of the exam. Teachers will share the room locations with their students.
- All other Regents exams begin on the morning of Wednesday, June 17, 2026. All Regents exams are designed to be three hours. Please note that regardless of any information from the State Education Department or other sources, all morning exams begin at 8:15 AM and all afternoon exams begin at 12:15 PM. All students are required to stay a minimum of two hours.
- All students must have their Schreiber ID card to enter the building and exam room for each test they take.
- Students with accommodations have exclusive testing arrangements organized through each department. If your child receives accommodations, please have them speak with their classroom teacher to identify the specific location of the exam.
- To optimize testing security, no backpacks are permitted in the building. Any student attempting to enter with a backpack will have it confiscated by school personnel to be stored in a locked lobby closet. Any bag left after 3:30 PM will remain locked until the following school morning. No electronic devices are permitted during exams, This includes cell phones, smartwatches, laptops/Chromebooks, etc. Electronic devices are to be powered down and turned over to the testing proctor for the duration of the exam. Students in violation of this practice will be subject to an invalidation of the test
- The high school cafeteria will be open daily for breakfast and lunch but with a limited menu.
- Schreiber students are generally well-prepared for exams. The Schreiber community offers Regents specific review sessions. The schedule of the sessions is below. Please remind your child to prepare in advance for exams and to make time for rest and relaxation.

Modified Bus Schedule
SCHREIBER HIGH SCHOOL
The AM buses will follow their regularly scheduled AM routes. Modified Routes are for pickup and drop off only. The AM buses will follow their regularly scheduled AM routes. Modified route buses will leave Schreiber at 11:25 and drop off students from AM exams. They will pick up students coming in for PM exams as they are dropping off. The PM buses will follow their regularly scheduled PM routes.
Students taking AM Exams on these days should look at the modified Bus Routes 1, 2, and 3 for the bus stop that is closest to their regular PM stop. This will determine which bus they should take home. This information will be posted on the website. If there are any questions, please call the Transportation Office at 515-767-5680.
