Club Meetings & Expectations
Interested students are expected to attend weekly meetings- please make sure you sign in as a record of your attendance. The goal is to attend 20 meetings during the school year.
Students should join our Google classroom to receive notifications about weekly meetings, information about upcoming event dates and reminders to the the events they have signed up for.
At Tuesday meetings (7:30 am in auditorium) students will be presented with the opportunity to sign up for community events that need volunteers.
If you sign up for a volunteer event, please make note of the date of the event, time, location, adult coordinator and contact number for the adult in charge.
We ask that you make every effort to to show up to your commitment! If you cannot make an event, we ask that you find another Key Club member to take your place. If it is a last minute cancellation, it is your responsibility to contact the Community Organizer of the event to inform them you will not be able to volunteer that day (their phone number and contact info is always available on the Event Sheet)
Be sure to sign in upon arriving and sign out of all the community events.
Please be sure to keep track of all of the events you have participated in throughout the school year! You will be submitting a log at the end of the year to earn your service credit! The goal is to volunteer for a minimum of 20 hours during the school year.
Please wear your Key Club t-shirts to these events, unless otherwise specified.
