PSAT/NMSQT Registration Information – Fall 2025

The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is an excellent opportunity for students to practice college entrance testing, receive feedback on academic strengths and areas for growth, and, for juniors, qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program.

While students in grades 9–11 may take the exam, it is designed primarily for 11th graders, and only juniors are eligible for National Merit consideration. The Guidance Department strongly encourages all 11th graders to participate.
