Scholarships

There are three sources of scholarship awards:

• • • Merit scholarships generated by the college or university; based on an applicant’s GPA and test scores.  You can find more information on the college/university websites.

• • • Those generated by clubs and organizations outside of a school system (for example, a parent's employer; ethnic society; a company's promotional award).

• • • Those generated by high school sponsored clubs and organizations.

The Counseling Office continually updates a list of scholarships.  They can be located on your Naviance Student account.

Through the generosity of our community partners, each year in January, a Community Scholarship application is released. Information is shared with students and parents about the process in January.

Please note that there is never a guarantee that a scholarship will continue to be offered each year.

Seniors should begin their scholarship searches early to maximize the potential of earning scholarships.
